Super Soul Nourishing Day Retreat

A day to reconnect with yourself, relax and transform.
Jen will greet you with a nourishing welcome juice on arrival before settling into our first practice session with Jo.
Jo will guide you through pranayama to arrive into the practice followed by a thoughtfully sequenced, energising slow flow, then completing the morning session with a peaceful restorative yoga sequence.
A gorgeous healthy lunch filled with foodspiration will be served by Jen with plenty of time to digest before the afternoon session.
Steve will then lead the afternoon practice session with the ancient Chinese practice of Qi Gong, a grounding & moving meditation. Then Yin Yoga, a chance to really slow down to spend time in shapes with yourself. Then completing the gorgeous day’s journey…. Yoga Nidra, a guided dreamy deep relaxation.
We will finish the day with tea and cake served up by Jen again vegan and gluten free before we let you loose into the real world again haha….we hope relaxed, restored and transformed!
No previous yoga experience is necessary – ALL ABILITIES WELCOME!

Session will start prompt at 10am so please arrive no later than 9.45am for a super delicious welcome juice from Jen of Fearless in the Kitchen!
Doors will be closed and no entry after 10am when practice begins. Observing the practice of asteya.
